Hello, My name is Steve Lawrence; I am originally from Seattle and moved to San Diego 12 years ago. I worked for nearly ten years at the largest paver company in North America as a designer and, until leaving that company, ran sales, construction, and marketing for San Diego and Riverside counties.

After running the business for others, I took that experience and knowledge to the next level and started my own company. What an amazing journey, and I am loving each and every day of this adventure.

I learned many things working for a large corporation, both good and bad… several things that I incorporate into my own business…

• The customer is truly the boss- I try to communicate and listen at a high level.
• Do not ever let a nickel hold up a dollar- getting caught up in items that are simple solutions- solve it asap!
• Treat your crews with love and respect! They are where the rubber meets the road.
• Never Ever cut corners at any stage or step! 
• A business needs to make a profit to exist, but you must be fair and responsible.
•  Your reputation is all you have!
